Brian's client hopes to move in to a nursing home in two months time. She has specific needs: she has dementia and speaks only Maltese.

Brian uses Accommodation Seeker to look for a nursing home in the local area. He is able to specify the date required, as well as the client's language and care needs.

The search shows a number of appropriate options. After reviewing detailed information about each service in Accommodation Seeker, Brian selects a nursing home to book.

He sends a booking request through Accommodation Seeker to the nursing home. The nursing home manager receives Brian's request and accepts the booking.

Accommodation Seeker no longer shows that bed as vacant.
