Advertising targeted vacancies

Advertising Targeted Vacancies Step-by-step A refuge for women escaping family violence uses Accommodation Seeker to notify local homelessness services, medical centres and the police when they have a room available.

Each day, the manager, Jane, logs updates Accommodation Seeker with refuge's available vacancies.

She completes an online form with details about the room available and eligibility and conditions for access.

Not wishing to publicise the location of the refuge, Jane opts to receive booking requests only through Accommodation Seeker.

When someone wishes to access the room, Jane receives an email from Accommodation Seeker. She goes to the site, checks the request and accepts the booking.

The change is reflected on Accommodation Seeker so other users know the room has been taken.
