Finding a volunteer

Julie uses People Seeker to maintain details of participants and volunteers involved in an activity program for young people with disabilities.

She needs to locate a volunteer worker for a sports day. She logs in to People Seeker and uses its specially customised fields to search for a volunteer who has nominated 'Sport' as an interest or area of expertise.

Julie's search returns a list of the names and phone numbers of all volunteers interested in sports programs.
