Sending a mail out

The organisers of a community sector conference need to send out the program booklet to their mailing list.

The event manager goes to the Mailing List section of People Seeker and opens the 'Promotion' list.

He chooses the option to export the list to Microsoft Excel in order to create a label file and a mail merge.

Once he has packaged and sent the program he discards the Excel file, since People Seeker makes it easy to create new labels as new delegates register for the conference.
