Booking a vehicle

Ibrahim requires a mini-bus for an outing of the local seniors club.

The bus must seat at least 12, be low to the ground, and Ibrahim must be able to go by public transport to collect it.

Ibrahim searches the Resource Seeker maintained by the local council. He enters the details of his requirements and the date of the excursion.

The search results show two options available. Ibrahim selects one and submits his booking request through Resource Seeker to the council.

A council worker accepts the booking in Resource Seeker. The system now shows Ibrahim's minibus as booked for that date.
