A school principal, June, would like to make the assembly hall available for hire by local groups.

June registers with a local Resource Seeker set up to advertise equipment, venues and community transport.

June logs in and completes an online form with details about the assembly hall, including times it will be available.

Soon June receives an email from Resource Seeker notifying her that someone has made a booking request.

She checks the request accepts the booking through Resource Seeker so that other users know the hall is no longer available on that day.
