S2S in NSW - Helping Clients Navigate the "Service Maze"
NSW S2S Referral System
Three trials have commenced throughout the North Coast of NSW to help people navigate the ‘Service Maze’ – the often confusing range of health and welfare services on offer after an accident or health-related problem.

The Northern Rivers Social Development Council, in conjunction with the NCAHS, the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care and other HACC funded community service organisations are trialling new technology developed by Infoxchange Australia to assist older people and people with disabilities, through this ‘Service Maze’.

Service Record System (SRS)
Client management system for the Homelessness and Housing Sector
Over the last 12 months Infoxchange Australia has partnered with Micah Projects to implement a client management system in a cluster of services responding to homelessness and disadvantage in inner city Brisbane. The Service Record System (SRS) is the newest product in the Infoxchange S2S suite of tools for the human services sector.

North Coast of New South Wales Service 2 Service Trial Goes Live
The s2s Client Management System Trial has now gone live on the North Coast of New South Wales. Various communities from Kempsey to Tweed Heads are now employing electronic referral to improve Service Coordination in the Health and Community Services Sectors.
