Implementation Support
Through a comprehensive project management process, drawing on years of human services experience, Infoxchange Australia helps customers smoothly incorporate S2S into daily work procedures.


  • We start by learning more about our customers through informal consultations. We determine the requirements of the S2S modules to understand what customisations will be needed.

  • Our in-house designers then establish and test the system. Making the system work for our customers is paramount, so we create a live test version of every S2S module so the customers have the opportunity to provide feedback.

  • We also help customers to roll out the S2S modules across their network, communicating with target users about what they can expect.

  • Once customers are ready to 'go live', our team will be on stand-by to help users adjust to their new way of working.

  • For publicly accessible S2S modules, we can even help promote the launch through our extensive network of community information services.


Training Support
Targeted S2S training is available on request from Infoxchange Australia's accredited trainers. Infoxchange is a registered training organisation (No 20997) and our trainers will guide new users through the system emphasising and explaining the features of each S2S module. S2S module manuals, demo versions of every system and step-by-step tutorials are provided to all customers.

The Training Unit can meet all training needs from basic computer operation to more advanced training in common software packages. Infoxchange offers Skills Assessment where experienced trainers assess individual or organisational training needs, identify skills gaps and make recommendations. Based on assessment results we provide Customised Training Programmes to meet the specific needs of our customers and cost-effectively raise the computer skills of their staff.

Infoxchange is flexible in its training delivery and our friendly trainers will run courses at customer offices or in our dedicated Training Centre in Abbotsford, Victoria.

User Support
Infoxchange Australia's experienced help desk team supports S2S users by email or phone from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our friendly staff will happily answer the smallest query from a long-term user, or talk new users through their first time on the system.

Onsite computer support and extensive help desk services are available through tailor made Service Level Agreements entitling customers to obtain first class service on a long-term basis.

Ongoing customer support ensures that knowledge of processes and procedures will not be lost with a customer's staff turnover.
